INGREDIENTS:
120g Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
½ Avocado
½ Lime
¼ Tsp Chilli Flakes
Handful of Cherry Tomatoes
¼ Red Onion
Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic
¼ tin Baked Beans
1 Flat Mushroom
2 Slices Vegan Cheese (Applewood)
Salt and Pepper
1 Tortilla Wrap
METHODS:
Fry up
Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
Smash avocado with ½ lime and a sprinkle of chilli flakes
Finely dice a handful cherry tomatoes and mix with ¼ finely diced onion, a
drizzle of olive oil and 1 clove crushed garlic
Season both with salt and pepper
Heat ¼ tin baked beans
Fry 1 flat mushroom
Add a slice of vegan cheese
Load all into wrap and enjoy!
